Join us and other families as we learn massage techniques to help your baby not only feel happier and comfortable after feedings, but to also bond with you baby through loving touch of massage! Infant massage kits are given to each family, and includes: • 1 oz. Cancellation Policy
Cancelations can be made 24 hours before the class begins (before May 9th, 2025 at 10:30am). If you cannot make it to the class in-person, a Zoom link will be sent to you to attend virtually. Device camera must be turned on for the duration of the class if attending virutally. PROFESSIONAL AGREEMENT: I understand that Javier Jimenez is a licensed occupational therapist. I understand these infant massage classes with Path to Grow Pediatric Therapy are NOT considered occupational therapy. Infant Massage Classes are designed to provide parents with information and promote bonding between parent and baby. There is no assessment/diagnosis required to attend these sessions and no diagnosis can be given based on my child's attendance to these sessions. I understand the purpose of these classes is not to guarantee a referral/identification of delay. These sessions are developed to promote early infant developmental skills. Through attendance to these sessions, I understand I have access to a licensed occupational therapist and may discuss any developmental concerns regarding my child with him. I understand Javier Jimenez will keep these concerns and any possible referrals confidential. PARENT/GUARDIAN LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES - by checking the box below, attendees agree to the following: I will stay present throughout all sessions to ensure safety for my child. I understand these Infant Massage Classes are designed to provide parents with information and promote bonding between parent and baby. I understand that makeup sessions are not guaranteed due to limited openings. I understand I will not be refunded my registration fee if I do not cancel within 24 hours. I release Javier Jimenez and his team, Path to Grow Pediatric Therapy, LLC, from liability for any unforeseen injury or illness caused during these infant massage classes.
